What Can I Buy for $1,500,000 in Hermosa Beach CA?
While inventory is extremely low throughout all of the Beach Cities, Buyers also have more options than ever before. Sounds contradictory, right? What I'm trying to say is that there are more overlapping price points of similar properties in different cities. Let's take a deeper dive and look at how much house $1.5M buys.

While the address is Hollowell truthfully the property is on Prospect so while it is a Single Family Residence and in a somewhat better location than the aforementioned property, it is still on a busy street.

This one is quite probably the best representation of the $1.5M price point in Hermosa. It was listed for $1,479,000 and went into escrow after 4 days on market for $1,550,000. So slightly over our price point but be prepared on competitive properties for that eventuality.
